Service Information:

Whenever an stepper is moved, the ale_drv_task (background) allows "leave_timeout" seconds for the departing sensor to detect false. That is; if it is moving homewards then it allows leave_timeout seconds for the away sensor to become not sensed, and visa versa.

Operator Action:

Resume. If unable to procede, power off the machine, while power is off, open the machine and check for plates jammed in bay, above bay, in engine. If picker is free to move then gently move it towards the engine. Restart the machine.

Cause:

• Faulty home or away sensor or cable. Stepper driver faulty, HV (80v) faulty, Mechanical jam preventing the axis moving, Stepper controller faulty (ALE board),
