Service Information:

check if lid cylinder is operating using bay # lidop on / bay # lidcl off. For thermal machines, disable sensor in nvs and remove lid.

Operator Action:

Resume. If error persists call Creo Response center

Cause:

• Cassette box lid was not detected "open" at start of pick.
