3244 Platesetter: This error is not used at this time (G2.09/T2.25), should never be reported.

3230/3244 Trendsetter Autoloader: During a pick, this error is reported if the vacuum measured on the picker is not above the "al pvt" threshold after a time of "aldly vac" after the picker has started moving in towards the plate stack. Check the vacuum level with the "picker" command. If it is okay, check the speed at which the picker is moving. If it is too slow, try to increase it. Or increase the "aldly vac" delay. If the vacuum reads low but the plate is held firmly, check the "set sat aoff 4" parameter - it should be around 0.

Operator Action:

Select Resume if that option is available. If this error persists, call Creo Response Center.

Cause:

• 3230/3244 Trendsetter Autoloader: Incorrect vacuum reading.
• 3230/3244 Trendsetter Autoloader: Picker moved towards the plate stack too slowly.
