Operator Action:

Open front access door and inspect plate queued on the picker.

Cause:

• At the end of the pick sequence when a plate is queued up just above the upper load ramp sensor before searching for the exact plate edge. At this point, if the upper load ramp sensor is covered, then either the plate is bigger than expected or there is a hanging slipsheet attached.
