ALE: no conveyor bridge or output cassette detected

Service Information:

Remote support: disable bridge sensor.

Operator Action:

Check that bridge is down and properly seated. Call Creo Response center if problme persists

Cause:

• During a process status check, if the bridge sensor is enabled and no bridge in place is detected then this error is generated. Process status check is done at the start of the process command.
