ALE: conveyor roller motor overcurrent detected

Service Information:

Check conveyer cabling, motor and motor bearing (note ECO's). Check LUE (only reported if version 6 LUE installed) and check LUE/Conveyer cabling (note screen cable ECO).

Operator Action:

Resume if possible. If unable to continue, power off the machine and try again. If problem persists or recurrs, call Creo service.

Cause:

• Conveyer roller motor PWM driver on LUE has reported an over current. The conveyer current is a digital input on the LUE board. The conveyer motor driver is also on the LUE board, the driver has a current limit which is set by fixed resistors on the LUE board.
