Error Message:

ALE: timeout waiting for load button to be pressed

Service Information:

3230/3244 Trendsetter Autoloader: if the load button is not pressed within 2 minutes of starting a manual load command, this error will occur. If the button wasn't pressed, then there is no problem. If it was, then the button could be faulty. Check its status with the "ale" command.

Note: This error is not used on the Base Trendsetter or Spectrum - those products wait for the button forever.

Operator Action:

If the load button was not pressed, select Resume. Wait for the audible beep, then load the plate normally. If the load button was not pressed, contact the Creo Response Centre for assistance.

Cause:

• Operator error if button was not pressed within two minutes.
• Faulty button.
