Error Message:

ALE: Autoloader is suspended and cannot accept new commands.

Operator Action:

Remove the plate and select PLATE REMOVED from the workstation dialog box. Call Creo Service.

Service Information:

This error should never be reported during normal operation. It may be reported during diagnostic commands, for example if an "ale init" command is issued while the machine is suspended. Enter "clear" or "resume" to restart the machine.

This error could also come up if a diagnostic command causes the machine to suspend with an error, then a workstation plot is started. Again, fix the original suspend error and continue.

Cause:

• A command has been sent to the ale or table task when that task is suspended with an error.
