Operator Action:

First try selecting the RESUME button on the workstation dialog box a few times. If this does not make the problem go away, then select RESET PLATESETTER RECORDER from the workstation SYSTEM pull-down menu. If the problem persists, then Creo Service should be called.

Service Information:

The stepper controller chip on the TEE-board could not be initialized. This is probably due to a communications error between the firmware and the stepper controller.

Cause:

• If the procedure described in Operator Action does not correct the problem, then the only remaining option is to reset the recorder.
