Operator Action:

Remove the plate from the machine and select "PLATE CLEARED" button on the workstation dialog box. Call Creo Service.

Service Information:

This indicates a problem with the communication between the Trendsetter and the AutoPunch. Check that the punch is turned on (keypad display will be lit up) and idle, then check that the serial cable is securely attached to the punch.

It may be useful to set the 'verbose alconv' parameter to 1 in order to obtain further diagnostic information.

Cause:

• The communication between Trendsetter and AutoPunch is not working correctly.
