Error Message:

ALE: The punch is still waiting for the last plate to leave.

Operator Action:

Remove the plate from the machine and select "PLATE CLEARED" button on the workstation dialog box. Call Creo Service.

Service Information:

Reset both the punch and the Trendsetter, and see if the problem comes back.

It may be useful to set the 'verbose alconv' parameter to 1 in order to obtain further diagnostic information.

Cause:

• Punch and Trendsetter got out of sync. The Trendsetter thinks the punch is ready for a new plate, but the punch actually isn't.
• Punch or Trendsetter firmware error. The punch has indicated that it is ready for a new plate, but later sends a message saying it is still busy.
