ALE: STEP : axis 1 initialization error

Operator Action:

Select RESUME from the workstation dialog box. If that doesn't correct the problem, then select RESET TRENDSETTER from the workstation TRENDSETTER pull-down menu. If the problem persists, call Creo service.

Service Information:

Try a "step 1 init" from the diagnostic terminal. If that doesn't correct the problem, check the SPI and TEE boards and replace them if necessary. If the problem persists, call proofer TTE.

Cause:

• An error occurred while writing to the VR stepper controller. This error is probably due to a hardware fault, or the attempted execution of a diagnostic command while the step axis is already in use.
