Operator Action:

Call Creo service and report the exact error message and the conditions that lead to it.

Service Information:

Firmware bug. Please report this error to the firmware designer or product TTE.

Cause:

• This error is caused by a firmware fault. It is used during development and should never occur in the field. It would be very useful to know what conditions caused this error and even more useful to have a diagnostic monitor log file. If possible, the "verbose aldrv" setting should be "1" when generating the log file.
