ALE: STEP : axis 1 distance out of range

Operator Action:

This error should not occur during normal machine operation. If it does, first try selecting the RESUME button from the workstation dialog box. If that doesn't correct the problem, then select RESET TRENDSETTER from the workstation TRENDSETTER pull-down menu. If the problem persists, call Creo service.

Service Information:

Re-issue the command with a correct distance.

Cause:

• This error occurs if a "vr move" or "vr jog" command is issued from the diagnostic monitor with a distance parameter that exceeds the maximum stepper travel limit specified by the "aldrv 1" limit parameter. This error should not occur during normal machine operation. Report it to the product TTE.
