ALE: STEP : axis 1 distance must be positive

Operator Action:

This error should not occur during normal machine operation. If it does, select the RESUME button from the workstation dialog box. If this does not correct the problem, then select RESET TRENDSETTER from the workstation TRENDSETTER pull-down menu. If the problem persists, call Creo Service.

Service Information:

Re-type the "vr move" or "vr jog" diagnostic monitor command using a positive distance parameter.

Cause:

• This error occurs if a "vr move" or "vr jog" command is issued from the diagnostic monitor with a negative parameter. This error should not occur during normal machine operation.
