Error Message:

ALE: Timeout waiting for QSPI system to initialize, stepper drive task startup failed

Applies to:

• Trendsetter_400/800_Proofing

Operator Action:

This error should not be seen under normal machine operation. Select RESET TRENDSETTER from the workstation TRENDSETTER pull-down menu. If the problem persists, call Creo service.

Service Information:

This error is probably a hardware problem. Check the MPE board, SPI cable, TEE baord and power supplies.

Cause:

• The SPI system which communicates with the peripheral boards (TEE board) is not initializing.
