Error Message:

ALE: No media detected or media jammed in cassette, check cassette tray or reseat media.

Operator Action:

Place the media (donor or receptor) in the cassette and select RESUME from the workstation dialog box. If media is in the cassette, check whether they are jammed such that the VR cannot pick it off from the cassette. If the problem persists, call Creo service.

Service Information:

Make sure the donor or receptor is in the cassette, and the VR home position is properly adjusted.

Cause:

• The VR vacuum failed to rise to the threshold, likely due to an empty cassette. The failure might also caused by an improperly adjusted VR home position.
