Operator Action:

First select CANCEL from the workstation dialog box, then RESET TRENDSETTER from the SYSTEM pull-down menu. If this does not correct the problem try turning the power off on the machine, waiting 10 seconds and turning the power back on. If the problem persists, contact Creo response.

Service Information:

This error should never be seen under normal operation. The machine is in an unexpected state. Capture all the history you can (log files with verbose set to 1) and all operator actions leading up to the problem, and contact the product TTE. If there is a carrier on the drum, you can set "state plate_loc d status 1" and set "state plate_loc d ptype <n>" where <n> is the proof-type of the carrier on the drum. Finally, try resetting the machine.

Cause:

• The machine is in an unexpected state due to operator or service interference, or a firmware error.
