The vacuum sensors in the machine needs to be calibrated. Follow the procedure in Spectrum MPE Firmware Version 1.10 Release Notes (06-3214A-B-PM01) Section 3 "Upgrade Procedure" Step 11 and 12.

Cause:

• Improperly calibrated vacuum sensor.
