Operator Action:

Click RESUME to continue. Write down the time of the error and report to CreoScitex.

Service Information:

Obtain the workstation log file around the time of the error as well as the nvs dump file. Report to the Spectrum firmware engineer.

Cause:

• The drum vacuum pump has been turn off unexpectedly before or during media unload. May be caused by faulty TEE board or dvac pump.
