Service Information:

This error will be displayed if when the firmware is trying to stop a step motor axis it takes longer that the value specified by the nvs parameter "altim abort_timeout (abort)".

Operator Action:

Cause:

• The value of the nvs "altim abort_timeout" may not be set correctly.
• The communication between the MPE board and the stepper controller is broken so that the firmware does not detect that the motor is stopped.
• Something is preventing the stepper motor from stopping.
