ALE: no plate on unload X-axis or low vac, can't continue

Service Information:

The machine was expecting a plate on the unload x-axis table but it did not detect one. To verify that there is a plate on the unload table, the system polls the vacuum sensor until either vacuum reads higher than threshold or a timer expires. If the vacuum is less than the set threshold then, the system will issue this error.

Operator Action:

Cause:

• Verify that the NVS parameter vac_threshold_x for the threshold is set to the appropriate value
• Verify that the suction cups are place at the right location to grab a plate
• Verify that the suction cups are in good condition
• There may be a problem with the air pressure system
