Service Information:

Picker Y-axis was sent to the away position but the away sensor does not detect the tab.

Operator Action:

Cause:

• The picker stoppers may not be far enough preventing the picker from reaching its destination.
• The nvs parameter "step 4 away_limit" may be too small preventing the picker from reaching its position.
• The picker home/away board may not be working properly.
