Service Information:

Check the roller raised/lowered sensors. Verify that the solenoid/ cylinder is functioning properly.

Operator Action:

This is not an operator servicable error. Press resume. Call CreoScitex service. Reset the machine to continue production.

Cause:

• The firmware sensed that the roller is on the drum when it shouldn't be.
