Error Number: 16019

Error Message:

IMAGE: exposure too high

Applies to:

  • Green

Service Information:

Based on the maximum light level recorded in the DAOM calibration table, the head will not be able to achieve the requested exposure level. The exposure head may be failing, or the DAOM calibration stored in NVS is for another head.

At any rate, a "daom cal" (and "nvs save daom") should be performed.

Operator Action:

Lower the exposure level if possible. Contact Creo Service because the Platesetter may need servicing.

Cause:

  • Exposure level unreasonably high
  • DAOM calibration not performed for new head
  • Head is failing - perform new DAOM calibration
