Service Information:

This error indicates a problem has been detected with the ECL memory on the SGE. The ECL power supplies (-5.2V and +4.6V) should be checked at the test points on the SGE. If these are within spec, reseat the SGE. If the error persists, replace the SGE.

Operator Action:

Record error message and contact Creo Service

Cause:

• ECL power supplies out of spec
• SGE improperly seated
• SGE faulty
