Service Information:

The data being sent to the PHI board from the DPE is coming too fast. This is causing the PHI buffers to overflow. Note that the data path between the two boards is on the backplane (no cables can cause this error).

Operator Action:

Check the plate for any image artifacts. If this problem persists, contact Creo service.

Cause:

• PHI board is not installed.
• Head swath_width does not match the mode pixels_per_stroke.
• The head swath_width is not an even multiple of 8.
