Service Information:

The operator was imaging the plate but for some reason, the plate was not unloaded when the imaging is done. The operator then try to unload a carrier rather than the plate.

Operator Action:

A plate is loaded on the drum when operator tries to unload the proofing carrier. Try selecting the device->reset button on workstation menu bar to unload the plate.

Cause:

• Operator error. A plate is on the drum instead of a proofing carrier.
