Service Information:

Select "Reset Trendsetter" in the workstation menu under Trendsetter to flush the machine. Re-submit the image.

Operator Action:

Select "Reset Trendsetter" in the workstation menu under Trendsetter to flush the machine. Re-submit the image.

Cause:

• Due to some unknown reasons, the workstation is about to send a proofing image to the machine but the firmware thinks that a receiver is not loaded on the machine.
