Service Information:

Select "Eject Proof" in the workstation menu under Trendsette to eject the receiver in the machine. Re-submit the image.

Operator Action:

Select "Eject Proof" in the workstation menu under Trendsette to eject the receiver in the machine. Re-submit the image.

Cause:

• Due to some unknown reasons, the workstation is about to load a proofing receiver but the firmware thinks that a receiver of different format is already loaded on the machine.
