Service Information:

This message shall only occur on S-models or Spectrum EL models. If the error occurs on a S-model or EL-model, make sure a FDPE board is installed. If the error occurs on other models, make sure the media.invert and media.ow parameters are setup correctly. On NON-S/EL models, for proofing media, media.invert must be 0; for NON-proofing media, media.ow must be 0.

Operator Action:

Call CreoScitex Service.

Cause:

• Attempting to image on negative media with overwriting without FDPE board.
