Service Information:

If this error is seen, the firmware version is yet to support FM proofing. Ensure that the workstation will not send FM-screen/High lpi proofs to the device with narrow mode flag set.

Operator Action:

Call CreoScitex service.

Cause:

• Attempting to image a proof in narrow mode while the firmware is unable to support this mode.
