Service Information:

After finding the edge of the media, the firmware checks to see if the media is sitting on the correct pins (based on the subscan size, and predefined rules). If it isn't, this error is reported.

Operator Action:

Call CreoScitex service.

Cause:

• Media shifted too far right/left.
• The media size specified is incorrect.
