HEAD: HDP parameters not initialized

Service Information:

The exposure head firmware supports storing the "head dependant" parameters (HDP), however these parameters have not been initialized. If the head has been newly installed, the HDP parameters must be updated manually. If new firmware has been installed, ensure that the upgrade procedure has been followed correctly.

Operator Action:

The Platesetter should operate correctly. However, record the error message and contact Creo Service when convenient.

Cause:

• A new head with unitialized HDP parameters
• A firmware upgrade procedure has not been completed properly
