Service Information:

A diagnostic monitor command has been issued to load or save parameters on the head, but the head firmware does not support this feature. The head firmware must be version 1.3 or higher. The head firmware can be upgraded if necessary.

Operator Action:

Record error message and contact Creo Service

Cause:

• Command to load or save head parameters with head firmware before version 1.3
