HEAD: head controller incompatible software version

Service Information:

This error is only reported when the head initializes (ie. on MPE startup). Note that this error does not cripple the system. Proceed at your own risk if you see this error. The customer should never see this error though!

Operator Action:

Call service immediately for a firmware upgrade.

Cause:

• The MPE firmware has detected head firmware that it does not believe it is compatible with. This may cause many unknown problems.
