Service Information:

This error will occur if the "head test lvd" command fails. Note that this command is a diagnostic terminal command.

Operator Action:

Call Creo Service.

Cause:

• The Hotlink cable or the connector is broken.
• The Hotlink chip on the PHI or head board is disfunctional.
