HEAD: HDM parameters not initialized

Service Information:

When the head is initialized, the head NVS parameters are loaded from the head to the MPE RAM. There are three NVS subsystems loaded: head, hdp, and HDM.

This error will occur if the HDM parameters are not properly loaded into the MPE RAM.

Operator Action:

Call service.

Cause:

• Incompatiblity of the head firmware and the MPE firmware.
• The head is not connected to the MPE.
• The head does not come online due to another head problem.
