This error is reported when the recalibration process has been disabled by the NVS parameter recalibration_time. The recalibration process can damage the thermal head and should not be initiated as routine maintainance.

Operator Action:

Call service. The recalibration process should not be initiated as routine maintainance.

Cause:

• The recalibration process has been disabled by setting the NVS parameter recalibration_time to zero.
