HEAD: DTD temperature below setpoint

Service Information:

The measured temperature of the laser diode is below the setpoint value of 20 C (20W head) or 25 C (40 W head). Problem is either transient or there is a serious problem with the laser driver (DTD/WLC) or head controller board.

Operator Action:

Turn off machine and wait for laser to warm up and then try again. If still not OK call service.

Cause:

• Laser diode temperature is too low.
