Service Information:

Either there is a problem with the driver for the thermo electric coolers or the cooling of the head.

Operator Action:

Check the water or air cooling system. If okay call service.

Cause:

• The temperature of the laser diode cannot be maintained at the setpoint value of 20 C (20W head) or 25 C (40W head).
