Service Information:

This error is reported when an attempt to open the shutter and the doors are open is made. Note that even if the doors are opened and the "mask door" command is used, the shutter will still not open.

This error should only occur when using diagnostic commands. If it appears under normal operation, then this is probably a firmware bug.

Operator Action:

Close any open doors and retry operation. If problem persists, phone Creo service.

Cause:

• Door is open and an attempt to open the head shutter.
