Service Information:

If an attempt is made to turn the laser on with the door open, this error will be reported. Note that even if the doors are open and the "mask door" command is used, this error will still be reported.

Operator Action:

Close any open doors and repeat current action. If this problem persists, contact Creo service.

Cause:

• Attempt to turn on laser with doors open.
