HEAD: focus not initialized: Execute 'focus init'

Service Information:

A head command was requested that required the head focus to be initialized (ie "focus on"). Under normal operation, this error message should never be displayed, as the firmware initializes the focus when required.

Operator Action:

Reset the machine. As per the error message, you must manually issue the "focus init" command to clear this error.

Cause:

• The focus has not been initialized.
