HEAD: crash detected, error code = <hex number>

Service Information:

The firmware in the Head Controller has crashed. Just before the firmware crashes (and resets itself), the error is written to NVS. After the firmware has recovered, it reports this error code to the MPE.

Usually, the error code will explain the reason for the fault.

Operator Action:

Call service. Please report the exact error message and error code.

Cause:

• Numerous reasons: datalink problems, Head Controller firmware problems, etc.
