Service Information:

The valid range for SCORR is -32.767 to 32.767. The specified value was out of range. With thermal head firmware versions greater than 1.5 neighbouring scorr table entries may not differ by more than 5% unless they are integer values. This is thus a better test for corrupt scorr tables.

Operator Action:

Call service. The head was not setup properly.

Cause:

• Uninitialized or illegal Head scorr tables cause this error.
