Service Information:

A required feature is not provided by the thermal head hardware.

Issue the command "head version" and note the line "PHC hardware version". If the "PHC hardware version" < 1, the thermal head does not support the focus "replay" feature. If the "PHC hardware version" < 3, the thermal head does not provide a humidity sensor.

This error code applies to Thermal Head firmware version 1.30 and above.

Operator Action:

Call service.

Cause:

• The thermal head does not provide the required support.
