Service Information:

The firmware's SCSI driver encountered an unexpected error situation. The <line number> should be recorded and reported to the responsible firmware programmer along with a description of the circumstances surrounding the error. The SCSI hardware (i.e. cables, workstation card, DPE, etc) should be checked as outlined in the Service Manual Troubleshooting Guide.

Operator Action:

Record error message and contact Creo service.
