Service Information:

Check the table plate sensor to make sure it is plugged in and functional. Use the 'table' command to query the plate sensor status, tape or your hand will simulate a plate.

Operator Action:

Make sure plate edge is straight and covers the table plate sensor when loading.

Cause:

• In a load situation, the first push of the START button is to activate the vacuum on the drum. The firmware looks to see if there is a plate present or not before it actually activates the vacuum. In this case it failed to see a plate on the table and it's complaining.
