Service Information:

Check the table plate sensor and ensure it is working correctly and plugged in. Another cause could be kinks in the media.

Operator Action:

Remove plate from recorder and then resume production with the proper size plate.

Cause:

• While winding the plate onto the drum, either the plate exceeds the maximum plate size allowed or the plate still covers the sensor after the drum stops moving.
